Keep hooks at the top (but not too top)
Place your hook text 20-25% from the top. The top 15% is covered by the "Reels" header and the account name overlay.
Avoid the bottom 30%
The bottom section is covered by your username, caption, audio source, and the navigation bar. Keep CTA text above this zone.
Leave right margin for action buttons
Like, comment, share, and save buttons appear on the right side. Keep text at least 15% away from the right edge.
