1. Subscription & Payments
Autopublix offers paid plans and services that are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner.
Once a payment is successfully completed, the subscription or service is activated immediately unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same service.
- Payment Error: If a payment was deducted but the service was not activated due to a technical issue.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If proven and verified by our support team.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after successful subscription activation
- Partial usage of the service
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Issues caused by third-party platforms or user misconfiguration
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be non-refundable.
5. Role of Payment Gateway
All payments and refunds are processed via our payment gateway partner. Autopublix does not store your card or bank details.
The payment gateway may require additional verification before processing refunds and follows its own compliance and security standards.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
Users are encouraged to contact our support team before raising a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
